Improving Writing Skills in Sales Management Courses: The Use of Memo-Writing Exercises

One issue we confront in business schools is trying to provide our students with appropriate communication skills to compete in the business world. Sales management is one position where communication skills are essential to success. This article focuses on improving writing skills in sales management courses by using informative, persuasive, recommendation, and analytical memos.
